Our Big Plan for Year 2009

Project D = Diet Plan!

I need to go on diet! Getting rounder and rounder! To motivate myself and to keep track of what junk food have I eaten!

OK! Here the deal. I set a target of 10KG with a deadline of 3 mths. Possible?

hehheheh... Let's try!

So basically, i need to lose a min 3.3KG per mth , 0.7 KG per week.

Start Date: 02 Nov 2009
End Date : 02 Feb 2010.
Target Weight Loss: 10KG

Ah Gim, Let's jia you together!

3 Principles

1st- Cut down on Junk Food! (No Snacks)
2nd - Cut down on the food portion for Breakfast/Lunch and Dinner
3rd- Sports

I WILL NOT BUY ANYMORE SNACKS FOR MYSELF AND AH GIM. I will finish whatever I have in my drawers. hehhehe.. But no more stocking-up... :(

Will cut down on my portion for Lunch & dinner!

Will go for more sports other than my weekly badminton session!

Ah Gim, how abt we sign up for courses? Yoga? Or go for running/ brisk walking on a weekly basis?
